The tulips are blooming!

We have been having some wonderfully warm weather lately, which means my favorite season is {almost} here! The trees are blooming and flowering, but best of all, the tulips are blooming! My really great friend sent these tulip bulbs to my gardening loving sister who planted them and after waiting patiently all winter, they have finally opened up. They are a delightful purple and just make smile every time I see them!
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:  A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted...
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

  2. I can feel the warmth of the sunshine through your pictures! What breathtaking blooms they are to be sure. I wish your warm weather would come east our way, it's still so cold here! My heart is singing for spring weather to bless our country side of Ohio, but it continues to be tardy. You filled me with fresh aspirations of the season to come, Rosie, what a blessing!

    Much love in Christ,

  6. Hi Rosi!
I just found your blog and am a new follower. Howdy from Kansas!
What gorgeous flowers! I love the delicate way they're peaking out of the dirt and the sunlight that bathes them.
Just wanted to stop by and let you know that i've been looking through your previous posts (cough *stalking* cough) and i really love your photography. You are very talented and i love that you use your abilities for the Lord. I read your 'about' section and was very inspired and encouraged by it.
    Keep up the great work.
